All delivery dates quoted are approximate and SHAW Harley-Davidson
cannot be held liable for any delays. Delivery time will not
be the essence of the contract.

Goods supplied shall be at the purchasers risk immediately
upon delivery to the purchaser.

The legal ownership of goods shall remain with SHAW Harley-Davidson
until all amounts owing have been paid in full.

to a manufacturer’s warranty; full details and conditions
of which are available upon request.

SHAW Harley-Davidson shall not be liable to the purchaser
for any consequential loss or damage, costs or expenses, or
any claims for compensation arising out of the supply of goods.
Except as provided for under the terms of any warranty.

Merchandise can be returned within 14 days for exchange or
credit to the same value or higher. Goods must be in a new and
unused condition and evidence or purchase must be provided.
All returns are at the discretion of SHAW Harley-Davidson.

Special order parts, accessories and motorclothes.

Must be paid for, in full, at time of ordering. |
Motorcycle Payments and Special Orders.

Delivery/Collection of motorcycles is subject to full payment
with funds having cleared into our bank. Therefore to avoid
any unnecessary delay or disappointment, 5-10 working days should
be allowed for payment processing by the clearing banks. The
exception to this is payment by cash; banker’s draft or
building society raised cheque.

New motorcycles that are customer special orders, e.g. specific
model and/or colour not held in our stock, must be paid for
in full within 14 days of delivery to the dealership, regardless
of the actual final delivery to or collection by the end customer. |
